We are honored to celebrate Stacy Kinoshita as our 2025 Woman of the Year!
Stacy’s leadership, passion, and belief in the mission of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) have made a lasting impact on the Wind Song Chapter. In her first role on the Executive Board, Stacy stepped up to serve as Vice President, embracing the responsibility with energy and purpose.
Stacy is a true ambassador for ABWA, always enthusiastic about the opportunities and resources available to our members. At each General Meeting, she uses her voice to remind and encourage members to take full advantage of the professional growth, connections, and support the Wind Song Chapter provides.
Her dedication and commitment to empowering women in business have not gone unnoticed. Stacy's efforts help shape a welcoming and motivating environment where members feel inspired to engage, grow, and lead.

We are proud to recognize Lara Sinanian as our 2025 Protégé of the Year!
Lara exemplifies what it means to step up and make a meaningful impact from day one. In her very first month as a member of the Wind Song Chapter, Lara enthusiastically accepted the role of Secretary on the Executive Board—a true testament to her dedication and leadership spirit.
Over the past year, Lara has demonstrated unwavering commitment by attending every Board and General Meeting, always bringing her thoughtful input and positive energy to the table.
Beyond her official duties, Lara has played a key role in growing our community, consistently inviting guests to experience the dynamic and empowering environment that defines the Wind Song Chapter.
Lara has also been a vital member of the planning committee for our upcoming Business Women’s Well-Being Conference, contributing her ideas, time, and enthusiasm to help ensure the event’s success.
We’re thrilled to honor Lara for her outstanding service, contagious enthusiasm, and continued contributions. She truly embodies the spirit of growth, leadership, and sisterhood that defines our chapter.

EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Today’s scholarship recipients are tomorrow’s leaders. ABWA members have provided opportunities for women to achieve their personal and professional best by championing educational opportunities through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund (SBMEF).
